ability, professional connections, strong ethics and devotion to human development
have helped her achieve her high level of success.
Ms.
Dunn Kinney holds an extensive background in marketing, corporate strategy, building
customer relationships, call center, technology and operations, partner/alliance
marketing, mergers and acquisition, and management, with over 19 years of hands-on
executive. Throughout her career, Brenda has displayed a dynamic, creative, and
highly effective style, and has been a catalyst in generating record volumes and
profits through her innovative techniques.
Brenda's
credentials include consulting for major corporations, players in the high technology
arena, as well as today's brightest entrepreneurial ventures. Before founding
BDK & Associates, she served as Vice President of a global loyalty and call
center consulting firm. Prior to that, she was managing practice director of a
CRM practice. Prior to that she was managing director of the CRM practice of a
Big Six consulting firm. Her career includes start up ventures, call center technologist
and thought leader, marketing and management. The next ten years included work
with a large telecommunications company, a regional telephone and wireless company,
an interactive home shopping start up, a call center outsourcer, and the largest
shopping center REIT in the US.
Her
lifelong commitment to learning has helped her achieve a strong academic background
with degrees in business and technology, product management, strategic marketing,
executive management, women's leadership, leadership facilitation training, telecommunications
certification, and computer science. Additionally, she in the process of her professional
coaching certification.
